Deanne joined Chandler Macleod in September 2017 as a Consultant in the Auckland South East branch specialising in business support. She started her recruitment journey in 2008 at a generalist recruitment agency working within the contact centre space and then moved into business support. She has solid end to end recruitment experience within public and private sectors from filling fast paced, high volume roles to temporary and permanent positions. She took a break from recruitment to focus on her own business so understands recruitment from all aspects – client, candidate and consultant. With more experience under her belt she was excited to get back to her passion for people and recruitment and Chandler Macleod was the perfect fit.

What do I enjoy to do outside my role at Chandler Macleod?
My favourite time of day is brunch so I love meeting friends and family for brunch…or any meal really! I love food and socialising. I met my other half dancing so dance has always been a big part of my life – hip hop and latin are my styles of choice. I just enjoy life and getting out of my comfort zone and trying new things.
