Fiona has worked in the recruitment industry since 2005, starting her career in a generalist recruitment role and quickly progressing into senior leadership and project management positions. With a particular interest in project recruitment, Fiona has been engaged by large organisations to spear head set ups and national changes with full responsibility for the end to end process. This project experience has enabled her to truly partner with organisations and consult beyond solely recruitment. With wide experience consulting within the public sector, Fiona has a solid understanding of recruiting to a robust process and has the capability to design end to end recruitment plans to suit any position. Fiona enjoys working in the generalist space where she can align herself with clients and their brand as a whole, covering their temporary and permanent needs from entry level through to executive positions.

Recruiting a team to open the South Auckland service operation – an exciting time of brand transition, branch planning and team integration. Perhaps I should also mention the moment Florence Chen changed my tyre for me? That was a pretty good moment too!
What do I enjoy to do outside my role at Chandler Macleod?
Supporting the Mighty Warriors, Managing my son’s football team, Hosting ‘Come Dine with Me’ Dinners and MasterChef challenges, Generally anything that comes with competition - I play to win!
