Louise joins the Chandler Macleod Group as Consultant – Business Support and Call Centre. She has spent the last five years in recruitment covering assessment centres, temporary and bulk recruitment within the private and public sector. Prior to this Louise spent 15 years in the Contact Centre industry specialising in training, leading and management. Chandler Macleod is a sponsor of the Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand which also provides Louise the opportunity to keep up to date with market knowledge and build on her extensive Contact Centre Network.
