These Contact Centre roles are working within an organisation that provides a range of services to support New Zealand's agricultual sector by protecting and enhancing the reputation of our critical primary industries.

You'll enjoy working in an exciting and fast-paced environment, with an amazingly supportive culture and continuous learning and development opportunities available. You'll learn the ropes through 1-1 support and coaching from your managers. 

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries providing information, advice and service to customers on farming-related matters
  • Interpreting and applying the relevant legislation, policies and products
  • Records and database management, ensuring integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Complaint handling
  • Navigating multiple systems and platforms
 
This is a great opportunity, offering lots of potential for the right candidates.  If you can meet the following requirements, we would love to hear from you:
  • Proven Customer Service and Contact Centre experience, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar environment
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent MS Office computer skills at intermediate to advanced levels
