Customer Service Officer

We are currently looking for a hard working enthusiastic candidate who is seeking a long-term opportunity to be a part of a growing government department.

Primary responsibilities:
 
• Respond to a variety of customer, employer and third-party queries
• Complete any associated processing administration
• Manage any necessary follow-up in a timely manner
• Respond to telephone and written enquires
 
To be successful in your application for this position you will have:
 
• Previous experience working in a customer service role
• Excellent Data Entry skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office suite
