Our client is seeking passionate customer-focused individuals to join their contact centre teams in several offices across New Zealand. They are in the process of some really exciting changes which involve streamlining the customer experience and how the business operates as a whole.

About The Role
The current opportunity is to join the Families / Social Policy team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be supporting the business through an exciting change-filled time and helping customers throughout this process. The hours will be up to 7 hours 35 minutes per day (75 hours 50 minutes per fortnight), to be worked between 7.25am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday, and between 8.00am and 5.00pm Saturday.     Your actual hours of work will be set by roster, based on business needs. This position has a start date of 10th February until 28 August 2020.  This is a fixed term contract.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A great phone manner and excellent communication skills
• A strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve with customers
• To be tech-savvy – not afraid to learn new systems
• A positive outlook and be happy to take on multiple tasks
• Previous customer service experience of at least 18 months (phone based or in person)
