Our client has been developing quality products in New Zealand since the 1950s and are continuously growing within the interior design industry. They are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to continue to provide the consistent quality customer service to their consumers.
 
The role itself will be all about relationship building whether it is an inbound or outbound phone call from customers and businesses that are looking to gain an understanding of the products or enquire about their current orders. You will have a variety large stakeholders to deal with and also internal stakeholders, so being able to communicate and build rapport quickly is ideal.
 
Ideally the right candidate will have:

• Experience in providing quality customer service is a must!
• Experience in account management would be favoured
• The ability to understand a wide range of products and discuss technical information back to customers.
• Maintain resilience when working under pressure.
• Understand the importance of building strong relationships
• The ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
• The drive to upskill and continuously grow within their position.
