Executive Assistant to Northern Regional Commissioner

Auckland

  • 3 month temporary assignment, with potential to go permanent

Our Client is a large organisation with a state of the art office located within the Mangere/ Airport area. They have a friendly yet professional evironment and are looking for an experienced EA to support to their most senior level manager within the Auckland branch of this government department.
 
This is a newly created role and they are looking for an EA that is confident that they can hit the ground running. You will support one Executive that has 4 direct reports and 1,000 indirect reports. This will initially commence as a three month temporary assignment, and you will have the potential to then secure the permaenent full time position.
 
Start date: 30 September 2019 (ideally)  
 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Travel planning
  • Diary management
  • Email correspondence on behalf of the Commissioner
  • Taking meeting minutes and preparing reports for meetings
  • Event planning
  • Plus additional normal EA tasks
