What a lovely role for 2019. Starting mid-late February, through to late Feb 2020, our client is keen to find candidates now to interview early next year for this position. Taking over from their current employee who is doing a fantastic job, you will enjoy the variety this role offers. Based at the Reception desk which is part of the open plan layout you will feel very much part of the team as you work with Franchise enquiries, basic website maintenance, meeting set-ups (venue, catering, attendance, Invitations, Travel bookings), basic accounts, franchise and marketing support (gift cards, promo tickets, product queries). This is a small supportive team of 9 managing a large franchise operation. Team fit is very important to them and they are looking for candidates who are welcoming, approachable, confident, authentic, and can communicate and build rapport with their Franchisees who are from all walks of life.
