Office Coordinator - Part Time

Wellington

My client, a busy physiotherapy practice who is located in the central city, is looking for a part time Office Coordinator to ensure the office is run smoothly on a day to day basis.  You will need to be flexible as their business needs and requirements change constantly from week to week.  You will need to be available to work between 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Wednesday.
 
Key accountabilities include:
  • Reception duties
  • Managing bookings and creating invoices
  • Providing support to management on a daily basis
  • Diary and email management
  • Engagement with external and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need
  • To be customer focused with excellent communications skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
  • To be flexible from week to week
  • To be technically savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Knowledge of using Gensolve Medical Software would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided
This role is a long term temporary role, so an on-going commitment to this assignment is crucial.
