Personal Assistant / Team Administrator

Our client is looking for an experienced and organised Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to join their forward-looking, solutions-focused team.  In this exciting role, you'll be providing personal support to two managers and administrative support to their teams.  The work environment is inclusive, supportive and encouraging.  They will value your problem-solving skills and new ideas.  You'll thrive on taking ownership of tasks and taking action on challenges.  You'll have a personable nature, and will easily establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

What each day looks like, you'll be:
  • Providing diary management
  • Prioritising key tasks
  • Preparing documentation and follow-up
  • Arranging travel
  • Assisting with event management and catering for business units and teams
  • Processing invoices and payment
  • Liaising with facilities and IT staff
  • And so much more!
The experience you will bring to the role:
  • A proven track record of experience and achievement in providing personal and administrative support to managers and teams
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple teams and responding to change in priorities
  • Sound relationship management skills
  • Proactivity and use of initiative
  • A willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
