Have you got solid front line office experience and are looking for your next opportunity? We'd love to hear from you today! We are looking for experienced Receptionists who are interested in short and long temporary roles to support our clients across the South & East Auckland region.

We are looking for solid office based reception experience, in both corporate and non-corporate environments. You would have handled busy phone lines, and efficiently responded to queries. You have experience organising catering and stationery, can seamlessly schedule meeting rooms, and book travel as/when required.

In addition to the necessary work experience, you must also have the following:
  • Friendly, hardworking nature
  • Happy to help out wherever needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate – Advanced Word and Excel skills
  • Be available immediately or at short notice
  • Have reliable private transport
