Senior Support Officer

We are looking for experienced Team Administrators with a great track record providing support at a senior level. 
 
You will have excellent relationship management skills and initiative to seek out work and assist your team members. These roles are supporting the Operations and Corporate teams.
 
This role requires you to undertake a variety of tasks, including:
  • support and assistance to this busy directorate
  • diary management and setting up supplier meetings
  • preparing and distributing information internally and externally
  • processing and logging applications for funding
  • plus much more
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • high attention to detail and accuracy – “do it once, do it right”
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • the utmost discretion to manage highly confidential information
