Temporary Accounts Assistant

We are preparing for 2019 when our clients return from their summer break and start looking into their workforce needs. If you have worked in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or in Accounts Administration for at least 18 months and are interested in temporary assignments to start the New Year off right, we want to hear from you!

Key accountabilities may include:
  • Data entry, processing/raising invoices and coding
  • Reconciliation of supplier/customer statements
  • Preparing payment runs and processing payments
  • Bank Reconciliations and working with PO numbers
  • Expenses / company credit cards
  • Working with international suppliers/customers
  • Handling queries and chasing invoices
Skills and experience we require:
  •  Experience in Accounts work - ideally more than 18 months
  •  Proven ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy as you will be working with numbers
  •  Working with larger ERP systems and accounting software
  •  Confidence in using MS Office
In return you will be working with our experienced Consultants who are well known in the Auckland market and you'll have the opportunity to work in some of our top clients around Auckland city. Initial registration and interviews will take place the week before Christmas (Monday 17th to Friday 21st December) and will resume on Monday 7th January.
