About the opportunities:
These are primarily phone based Customer Service positions with a mixture of both inbound and outbound calls. Some of these roles contain sales components and/or order processing. They are high volume roles which require high attention to detail and accuracy. Our clients are based in a variety of different industries so transferrable skills will be ideal.
 
About you:

• Great verbal and written English communication skills
• Looking to develop technical skills with products.
• Resilience and adaptability to changes on a day to day basis
• Ability to make decisions based on the needs of individual customers
• Strong phone based customer service experience
• Work well within a strong team environment
• Available to work Full-Time hours

You will be working with fun, vibrant and engaging teams where you will be able to create great relationships. The roles require you to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with NO weekend work! You will also be remunerated with a great hourly rate and free onsite parking.
