Accounts Payable professionals are always in hot demand, are often hard to find, and get snapped up quickly! We have seen a real increase in temporary AP work, with assignments of varying lengths coming in regularly, and this is where you come in!


We are looking for experience in the following:

  • Solid NZ based AP experience
  • Experience different payment runs
  • Used to working with high volumes – both with number and value of invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Checking invoices against PO's
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Experience working across multiple systems
  • Advanced Excel user.

Along with your AP experience, you are also:

  • Based locally around Central Auckland
  • Available immediately or at short notice
  • Eligible to work in NZ full-time
  • Hard working, professional and engaging.
