We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator/Coordinator to work in a large government organisation for a minimum period of 6 weeks while this organisation recruits for this position. 


Some of your duties will include:

  • General administrative support to managers with some diary management
  • Arranging functions,events and project support
  • Financial administration including preparation of budgets and coding of invoices appropriately 

To be considered for this position we require: 

  • Intermediate level in MS Office
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar administrative position
  • A willing & flexible can-do attitude
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
