We are seeking experienced Team Administrators/Coordinators to work across three well known government agencies for a minimum period of 6 weeks and up to mid March next year.   

 

Some of your duties will include:

  • General administrative support to managers with some diary management
  • Arranging functions,events and project support
  • Financial administration including preparation of budgets and coding of invoices appropriately 

To be considered for this position we require: 

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar administrative role is desirable
  • A great attitude with a desire to learn and build on existing skills
