If you are keen for a chunky 5 week temp assignment covering for the Accounts / Office Manager across a varied role that will keep you entertained then please read on... You won't be thrown in the deep end as you will get a full hand over, however if you are capable of being thrown in the deep end then you will be someone who could do this role very confidently.


You will be the sole Accounts person for this busy and collaborative team and your remit will be as follows: 

  • Wages processed through Datacom
  • Journal entry into MYOB
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Cash Flow
  • Entering all jobs into system and requesting deposits
  • Receipt off bank entries from bank statement  

To be successful in this role you:

  • Must be MYOB savvy and have the experience to prepare electronic payments in MYOB and then pay from the bank 
  • Will be able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be accurate and have strong attention to detail
  • Will have the ability to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running while having a laugh with your trainer - she is lovely and will look after you
