About the company:

This is a government agency with a large team based in central Wellington. They are currently working on a few projects that will make a difference in the community.  


About the role:

The role will be responsible for providing administration and workflow support across different functions and service areas as well as supporting leaders and their teams to enable the smooth running of the organisation.


About you:

You'll be organised, comfortable coordinating, prioritising key tasks and working across different business units to provide support whilst dealing with a range of different queries. Needless to say, you are a doer. You look to solve problems, love developing relationships with those around you, all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Experience working in business support/PA roles
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive attitude with heaps of initiative
