Business Service Officer
This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, based in our Porirua office, and works as part of our Business Support Team assisting our Operations functions. Supporting different teams, this role requires someone who is agile, can quickly adapt and prioritise with multiple tasks on the go, at any one time. This role offers the flexibility to work from home one or two days a week, as well as the opportunity to work flexible hours (around the school run for example). This is a full-time role, 40 hour a week role.

- $55-$59k depending on experience

- Managing the Porirua office facilities
- Managing the Kapiti region’s offices and facilities
- Providing exceptional customer service internally and externally
- Managing the office visitors, emails, and phone calls
- Managing our regional fleet of vehicles, making sure vehicles are available and safe for use
- Coordinating Property work orders
- General administration for the office and operations team
What you need

If you have the following attributes, we are keen to hear from you:
- A strong administration background with demonstrated experience in administrative processes and services
- A drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
- A thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks and easily pick up or learn new systems or processes.
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
- Good understanding of te reo is highly desirable
- Keen in interest in the environment around and sustainability
