About the Role

They currently have a full-time 12 month temporary assignment available to join a friendly Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from Korean and English speaking customers that are located in Australian and New Zealand.


Job Details:

  • Rostered hours of 8 hours per day, likely to be 3pm-11pm, Tuesday to Saturday
  • Start on 12 July 2021
  • Spacious and modern offices located in Mt Wellington
  • Working within a multi-cultural and friendly team
  • Car parking onsite free for all staff to use

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An outstanding phone manner and excellent Korean and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve with customers
  • To be tech-savvy – not afraid to learn/juggle new systems
  • To be resilient in busy periods and understand the greater goal for the business
  • Maintain a positive outlook and be happy to take on multiple tasks
  • Previous Contact Centre experience of at least 12 months (ideally Contact Centre based)
  • You will be provided with training and on-going support to ensure a smooth transition in this role.
