Due to picking up some exciting projects we are needing a experienced Associate Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Manager to join the team on a temporary basis to support a team of recruiters.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Liasing with consultants understanding what roles we are recruiting for
  • Advertising & Marketing for Candidates
  • Phone Screening & Interviewing Candidates
  • Writing Interview Guides & completing backgroud checks
  • Compliance
