This employment opportunity is within a large organisation that genuinely has a happy and satisfied workplace culture. They have a large modern office with a great atmosphere in East Tamaki.

We are delighted to be helping them to recruit three new people to join their Contact Centre Representative team. In this role you will be delivering mainly inbound customer service call resolutions, and will be engaging with customers that are from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Start in an initial 3 month and then have the potential to secure a 12 month fixed term contract with this organisation.

Hours: 8 hours per day, anytime between 7am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.

This role is paying $24 per hour + 8% holiday pay and is to start during May 2021.

In this role you will have to be patient, have great verbal articulation and be eager to help customers  have a positive and helpful experience every time they call. You will also need to be good at adapting to new technology and at being able to speak with people from all different ages and backgrounds.

Key requirements for this role:

  • Prior call centre or inbound customer service administration experience
  • Available immediately or at short notice to start
  • Be passionate about helping people and keen to work in a collaborative, supportive and innovative team
  • Friendly and polished phone manner
  • Great ability to learn new computer systems
