Our client based in Highbrook is looking for professional Contact Center staff for their Inbound Contact Center on a Temporary basis for the next 3 months.  In this role you will be the first point of call for course & general enquiries, directing people through to the right person or department.  We are looking for people who have come from customer service-based roles.

Key requirements:
• High accuracy & speed with Data Entry
• Good administrative ability
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Confidence on the phone

This is a Monday – Friday based role with a fixed roster of 8 hours per day between the hours of 7am-6pm.
