We are looking for candidates with bundles of phone based / contact centre customer service experience, where you have been able to think on your feet and provide answers to queries at the drop of a hat!

Our client is a global reputable company with a spacious and contemporary corporate office located in the heart of Mt Wellington. They are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their close knit, energetic and down-to-earth team.  

What our client is looking for in you:

  • Have very clear and articulate communication
  • Prior customer service experience within a call centre
  • Resilience and ability to remain level-headed when dealing with large volumes of calls
  • Able to problem solve and make decisions within company guidelines 
  • Work unsupervised and have self motivation

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Your work hours would be 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus you will be able to keep working from home during any covid lockdowns.
