Our client is a global reputable company with a spacious and contemporary corporate office located in the heart of Mt Wellington. They are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their close knit, energetic and down-to-earth team.
What our client is looking for in you:
- Have very clear and articulate communication
- Prior customer service experience within a call centre
Resilience and ability to remain level-headed when dealing with large volumes of calls
- Able to problem solve and make decisions within company guidelines
- Work unsupervised and have self motivation
