Here at Chandler Macleod our client is on the hunt for superstar customer service representatives who are genuinely passionate about providing excellent service and have a passion for reaching targets. The right candidate will be friendly, approachable, adaptive and reliable. They will pride themselves on high accuracy and strong data entry skills and the ability to work well in a team or autonomously.

 

Our client is a renowned organisation in the FMCG sector. This position is starting on Monday, 11th October 2021 and you will be required to work from home. The salary will be $46K pro rata and a PC will be provided. Training will run for 2 weeks virtually between 8am – 3.30pm. Once training is over, this will be a role where the right candidate will work from home on the agreed roster.

Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4:00pm - 40 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 7am - 3pm - 32 hours
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 10am - 6pm - 32 hours
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 1pm - 9pm - 32 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 1pm - 9pm - 32 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sunday: 1pm - 9pm - 32 hours
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 2pm - 10pm - 32 hours
Monday,Tuesday, Friday, Sunday: 5am - 1pm - 32 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sun: 10am - 6pm - 30 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sun: 1:30pm - 9pm - 30 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sun: 2:30pm - 10pm - 30 hours
Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sun: 4:00pm - 11:30pm - 30 hours

The ideal candidate will:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call centre setting
  • Be proficient in MS suite
  • Have a quiet room to work from with own desk and chair
  • Have either Fibre or VDSL internet
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
  • Be available to start 11th October 2021
