We are looking for candidates with bundles of phone based / contact centre customer service experience where you have been able to use own initiative and provide answers to queries at the drop of a hat!

Our client is a global reputable company with a spacious and contemporary corporate office located in the heart of Mt Wellington. They are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their close knit, energetic and down-to-earth team.  In this role you will be working 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What our client is looking for in you:

  • Have very clear English skills and articulate communication
  • Resilience and ability to remain level-headed when dealing with large volumes of calls/emails
  • Proficient user of multiple computer systems
  • Able to problem solve and make decisions within company guidelines
  • Highly reliable 
  • Work unsupervised and have self-motivation to take the bull by the horns!
