We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Call Centre Customer Service Advisors to join our clients' team in this front-line Covid response unit.

About the opportunity:

The role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, helping callers to register and book for vaccination appointments, and providing information to callers about the vaccine and the timeline for vaccinations.

This is a work from anywhere opportunity – if you have a computer, phone, and internet connection then you are ready to go.

There are multiple opportunities available, working between the hours of 8am and 8pm: 

  • Full time – working 5 x 8-hour shifts (5 days on, 2 days off)

All opportunities are fixed term until the end of November 2021.

About you:

You will need excellent customer service skills, strong technical ability, and the ability to work from home with a computer running an adequate operating system*.

You may already have call centre, customer service, or retail experience, come from a healthcare background, or simply be looking for an excellent flexible work from home opportunity – if you have an excellent phone manner, helpful attitude, and willingness to learn a new system, then we want you!

If successful, there will be 2 full days of virtual training, followed by induction.
