Primary responsibilities:

  • Respond to a wide variety of customer, employer and third-party queries
  • Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services
  • Complete any associated processing administration
  • Manage any necessary follow-up actions required to facilitate a timely response
  • Respond to telephone and written enquires
To be successful in your application for this position you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a phone-based customer service role
  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency skills, especially in MS Office suite
