Our client is a key player within the pharmaceutical industry based in Wiri. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to work collaboratively within their high performing team, in this fast-paced and fun environment.

The Role:
This role is a full time and permanent position that sits within a team of 6 highly supportive individuals. You will spend your day liaising with key clients and as such will form strong and collaborative relationships with them. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders within Supply Chain, QA, Accounts and Sales and Marketing as well as being a support to the Customer Service Manager. 

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Taking calls from customers and assisting them with their orders
  • Investigating short supply of products
  • Processing orders through SAP
  • Processing rebates
  • Monitoring stock and producing and analysing back order reports
  • Key Account Managing a number of key clients who you will develop and maintain relationships with 

To Be Successful you will:
  • Come from a customer service / coordinator background
  • Have excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Have experience in ERP systems such as SAP or similar
  • Be highly organised with the ability to think on your feet and multi-task
  • Be pragmatic and solution focused
  • Want to work in a fun and vibrant work environment
