Our client is a leading Logistics provider and due to a boom in their clients businesses they now need two more Customer Service Reps to join their vibrant and supportive team. 

Based at the Airport in a large and modern facility, this is a busy and exciting role for someone ambitious wanting a business they can grow in.

Due to this expansion, they are looking for new people with great attitudes and who thrive in a highly collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Taking inbound calls and emails to receive and process customers' orders
  • Respond to customer enquiries about products, services and complaints
  • Create and distribute customer and supplier reports
  • Help the customer service team to reach annual goals

To succeed in this role you will be quality driven with your work and calm under pressure. You will also be willing to go the extra mile to meet and exceed the customer's expectations. Resilience is key as this business is growing and getting busier. 

You will also possess:
  • Prior customer service experience, ideally within a call centre
  • Experience using SAP (or a similar system)
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Good English communication skills
  • Must have NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency visa
