We are recruiting for a medium sized organization with an office based in Penrose.

They are looking for a person to do phone and email based customer service within their small contact centre. This is initially a 1 month temporary assignment, working 16 hours per week (on weekdays only, not on weekends).

You will be doing inbound and outbound phone based customer service mainly, and some email based customer service, to book bin collection dates.

The right person for this role will:

  • Have prior customer service experience (ideally within a call centre, dispatch, or customer service administration role)
  • Have an excellent phone manner
  • Positive personality
  • Good at picking up computer systems
  • Available to start 20th July 2020
