We are looking for customer focused people to join our clients team in their brand new Contact Centre in Hamilton.  Customer Service experience isn't necessary however a willingness to learn & deliver an excellent customer service is.

The teams in this organistation love to work there, it is described as fun, values based with a flat structure across the business. They recently built a brand new state of the art new office so it is a lovely environment to be based!

Hours will be Monday - Friday between 8am-8pm on a rotating roster with one Saturday per month.

In this role you will be:

  • Answering Inbound Calls
  • Understanding customer needs
  • Delivering solutions to fit their requirements

There will be an initall 4-6 week training period where you will get given all the tools you need to succeed along with ongoing training & development.  This is a very stable organistion with potential for progression for the right people!
