Our client is a professional and fast moving organisation within the Logistics industry. They have a large and modern facility located in Mangere.

Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a new person with a great attitude to do this full-time permanent position as a Customer Service Representative.  To succeed in this role you will be quality driven with your work and calm under pressure. You will also be willing to go the extra mile to meet and exceed the customer's expectations.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Take inbound calls, emails & faxes to receive and process customers' orders
  • Respond to customer enquiries about products, services and complaints
  • Create and distribute customer and supplier reports 
  • Help the customer service team to reach annual goals

Work hours: standard office hours, Monday to Friday

To be eligible for this role, you must have: 

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally within a call centre 
  • Experience using SAP (or a similar system)  
  • Highly accurate typing / data entry 
  • Can do attitude 
  • Good English communication skills 
  • Must have NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency visa
