About the Role
They currently have two full time permanent job opportunities available to join the Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from Thai and English speaking customers that are located in Australian and New Zealand.

 

Bits and pieces about the role:

  • Rostered hours of 8 hours per day, anytime within 10am – 10pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
  • Start May 2021
  • Spacious and modern offices located in Mt Wellington
  • Car parking in-street close to the office

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding phone manner and excellent Thai and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve with customers
  • To be tech-savvy – not afraid to learn/juggle new systems
  • To be resilient in busy periods and understand the greater goal for the business
  • Maintain a positive outlook and be happy to take on multiple tasks
  • Previous Contact Centre experience of at least 12 months (ideally Contact Centre based)

You will be provided with training and on-going support to ensure a smooth transition in this role.
