Exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded global company based on the North Shore. On offer is a short term, 2-month temp opportunity as a Customer Service/Sales Support Administrator!
About the role - Atu mo te mahi
Your key responsibilities will be to manage all web orders, manage inbound calls, email inbox and to provide online support to customers both internal/external. The role requires a high level of resilience, attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You'll have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment providing customer service/administrative support and a keen eye for detail. You'll be the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role.
Key tasks and accountabilities:
• Following and understanding company policy and process 
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism
• Receiving, acknowledging and responding to all queries
• Managing and responding to all communication received by email and phone
• Supporting the Apparels Team and wider business
• Ability to make sound judgments
• Ad-hoc administration duties
• General admin support
• Managing email & phone-based queries


About you - Pehea koe
• Proven experience in Administrator/Customer Service Representative/Retail  
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in establishing positive external relationships with customers and colleagues.  
• Methodical and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail/computer literacy and accuracy in data entry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential (written & verbal)
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team and autonomously
