We are looking for a highly organized Data Processing Administrator to join this well-known and respected organization. Based in the heart of Taupo, you will be responsible for supporting the brokers in regards to policy renewals, bookings and inputting historical and present data into their inhouse system, ensuring all documentation and administrative tasks are complete.
We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, likes a challenge and has excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you must have/be the following:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/data entry skills
• Ability to produce high quality work and display high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – written/verbal
• Have excellent organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven experience supporting a team
• Administration/face to face customer service experience
• A professional manner
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve
• Be able to work as part of a team and/or independently
