The Company and Opportunity:

This well known, high end residential property development company are going through an exciting phase of growth and have recently created a new role that is integral to the business operations. The company itself is a family owned business of 45 staff. The culture is collaborative and one that celebrates successes. The role itself will offer the successful incumbent the opportunity to grow the role themselves and really put their own stamp on it. In the not too distant future a support person may come in under this role giving this person room to step up. There really are endless opportunities here.


The Role:

You will be the GM's right hand person as well as a key support to the construction team as a whole - all of whom are extremely collaborative. You will be a key and critical member of this team where you will support the GM with the day to day operations management and support the smooth running of the construction operations. As well as this you will provide support to the wider project teams and ensure all operational and admin processes are being followed and to support the project teams with council submissions through developing relationships with external stakeholders within council.


The five main key areas of your role will cover all administration and coordination of:

  • Operations of the business and projects
  • Compliance
  • Health and Safety
  • Systems
  • HR Administration
