Our client is key player within the logistic and freight industry, facilitating cargo across networks nationally, based in Airport Oaks.  They are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to work collaboratively with their team, in this fast-paced environment. The role is available due to the current incumbent taking on a secondment, so although the role is fixed term it may extend or there may also be alternative opportunities to progress into, particularly as they are going through an exciting phase of growth.  
 
The Role:
• Support the Billing and Collections functions
• Administer and supervise customer billing through to collection process to agreed KPI's
• Weekly billing, including addition and review of additional charges
• Weekly statements and all subsequent queries involving rates, additional charges, copy invoices and receipt allocation issues
• Ensure collections are managed in line with terms of business
• Cross train and provide support to the wider Finance team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Build solid relationships with key clients

You will have:
• Solid experience in a previous Credit Control / Accounts Receivable or Billing Officer role
• Understanding of accounts receivable/general ledger systems
• Ideally a previous background in logistic and freight industry, however remain flexible on a similar background where you may have transferable skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Ability to adapt to change and meet tight deadlines is essential
• Experience in Xero and dealing with excel data files would be an advantage
