Great 2 month temp role available within a large organization located in the heart of Parnell with an immediate start.


You'll have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment providing administrative/financial support previously and a keen eye for detail. You'll be the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role


Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Day to day administrative tasks
• Organising/coordinating travel plans/itineraries and agendas
• Compiling documentation for meetings
• Supporting communication from Board Members/Executives
• Coordinate Meetings and activities
• Expense Reporting
• Daily reconciling of bank account
• Monthly preparation of AP&AR checking, approvals and payments
• Accounts and bank reconciliations
• Health and Safety support


The ideal person for this role is/will have:
• A methodical worker and calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry/excel
• Has prior experience as an Accounts Assistant/ or end-to-end Accounts Payable
• Proficient with XERO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team and autonomously
• Clear credit record
