We have a great opportunity for a temp General Administrator to join a well known and reputable organisation within the automotive parts industry. They have a close knit admin team based in Highbrook. They are friendly and hard working, and will be able to provide on the job training. Please note they are an essential service operating business and are working from the office with social distancing in place.
 
We are looking for a friendly and helpful person that enjoys a wide variety of Administration to start asap! You will sit in a collaborative team of two others supporting them in their daily workload. You will support sales administration, customer service as well as assisting with basic accounts administration.
 
The role is full time and to start as soon as possible, so you must be available Immediately. It will see you working through until the end of December (or end of January - there will be a Christmas break if it extends). It may have the opportunity to extend further than this as well or go perm.  
 
Key requirements:
• Prior administration or accounts support experience is required
• Good team player with a can do and helpful nature
• Strong work ethic / reliable
• Great data entry and accuracy
• Proficient with computer systems - if you have SAP this would be ideal however not essential
