We are looking for an experienced HR/Administration Assistant based in either the heart of Auckland CBD or City Fringe. On offer is a temp role where you will be given the opportunity of hybrid work arrangements while being available during core hours and will be provided with full training and support.
About the role - Atu mo te mahi
The role of the HR/Administration Assistant is responsible for providing effective and efficient administration and coordination support. You will have previous experience in a similar role, have excellent relationship building skills, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic, attention to detail and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role.

- Co-ordinate, support and provide administration
- Provide HR administration and coordination support
- Preparing employment agreements and creating HR documentation
- Responsible for our people-related information system
- Providing managers with information, support and guidance on people-related processes
- Supports the Health, Safety and Wellness Advisor to coordinate wellbeing activities
- Contribute to new and innovative ways of working
About you - Pehea koe
- Proven HR/Talent Coordination/Administration experience
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive & confidential information
- Proficient Microsoft skills
- Ability to work independently and strong initiative
- Ability to work in a changing environment
