They are also passionate about their work place and offer a culture of “People First”.  An opportunity has arisen within the stunning Auckland Central office for a Legal Secretary to join the office for initially 1-month temporary assignment with an immediate start.

Your role:

  • Diary Management
  • Meeting Organising
  • Direction from the Partners
  • Report creation
  • Transcribe and proofread legal documents

About You:

  • Proven experience with legal documents and terminology
  • Polished administrative skills with good attention to detail
  • Relish working within a Legal Practice
  • Great relationship builder, comfortable working across a number of different partners
  • Flexible working style, being adaptable and responsive to change
