We are looking for the following experience and attributes:

  • Diary, inbox, and travel coordination
  • Meeting and event management including minute taking
  • Experience in a range of administrative functions
  • Proactive and keen to take the initiative
  • Highly organised and adaptable
  • Technical literacy including excellent MS office skills
  • Highly developed relationship building skills and strong customer focus
  • Exceptional communication skills

This position involves:

  • Supporting the managers by organising their Outlook calendars, email management and meeting management
  • Coordinating and administering events and meetings, agenda preparation, minute taking and venue management
  • General administration, assisting with financial accounts, invoicing, credit card reconciliations and travel bookings
