Our clients are on the hunt of experienced PA's who have a passion for providing support and pride themselves on their ability to organise and lead. If you are an experienced PA or a senior administrator looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

The duties:
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• Travel coordination and event management
• Responding to emails and ordering office stationery
• First point of contact for all customer enquiries and phone calls
• Provide confidential and discreet administrative support
• Preparing spreadsheets and reports
• Accounts' assistance, data entry, loading invoices, bank reconciliations
• General admin duties


About you:
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator essential
• Organised and efficient with good prioritisation skills
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner and a positive attitude
• High quality communication and relationship building abilities
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility and able to take initiative to assist where needed within the business
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Be a NZ Resident or have a valid NZ work visa
