An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD, to provide high quality and confidential support to for a 3-month temp assignment with an immediate start.
About the role - Atu mo te mahi
You'll have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support and a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for, diary management, travel bookings, co-ordination of presentations and Board reporting. You'll be the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role.
Key responsibilities:
  • Dairy Management
  • Composing and preparing correspondence from the Senior Leadership team
  • Organising/coordinating travel plans/itineraries and agendas
  • Compiling documentation for meetings
  • Supporting communication from Board Members/Executives
  • Coordinate Meetings and activities
  • Expense Reporting
  • Draft reports, letters and proposals
  • Meeting minutes
About you - Pehea koe
  • Strong proven experience in an PA/EA position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders and external partners
  • Highly Organised
  • Ability to multitask and quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Able to manage highly confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative
  • Friendly, approachable and has a professional manner
