About the role
Be a part of a great team and provide support to a Manager within a government organisation. You will help in keeping the group running at full speed and your responsibilities include:
  • Providing executive and administrative support to Executive Director on an once in lifetime interesting project
  • Email, inbox and diary management, minute taking, documentation
  • Coordinating meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, which include and travel administration
  • Maintaining and updating reports, including document editing, formatting and printing
What you need
You are that one step ahead and will bring your initiative and ability to work at a pace to support your managers

  • Experience in a similar role providing support to a manager or leader
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills - someone who can build rapport easily
  • Amazing time management and organisation skills, the ability to multi-task
  • Microsoft Office skills and the ability to write reports when needed
  • Ability to work dynamically in a fluid environment, be adaptable and be able to prioritise accordingly when needs can change
