About Our Roles


Time for a change? With a growing demand for executive and personal assistants, we are now recruiting for experienced assistants with a professional attitude to fill these roles across several government departments.

These duties can include:

• Working across teams, executives and groups
• Ensuring documents are prepared for meetings
• Manage changing priorities on a daily basis
• Monitoring busy calendars
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Making travel arrangements


What You'll Bring

We are looking for:

• Proven experience working in business support and/or executive assistance.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Solid experience in diary management and travel coordination 
• The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency using the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Proactive attitude with heaps of initiative
