We have exciting oppportunies for Project Administrators and Project Coordinators within highly regarded organisations in central Wellington.


Support Project and Programme Managers and their teams with general administration from project initiation to completion. You'll ensure the team is on the right track while building great relationships internally and externally so that projects are a success.



About You


You'll be professional, organised and love collaborating. You're able to monitor and track busy calendars while providing that key support to a Project Manager/Team. You'll be comfortable providing analysis and reporting to identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve. A constant change in priorities doesn't phase you.

  • Experience in supporting project work
  • Solid Administrative skills
  • An understanding of financial expenditure reports and procurement documents
  • The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Sound competence using the Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Visio
